MyVivaTour ("we", "our", "us") operates travel services and uses Facebook Messenger to communicate with customers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• Messenger Data: Messages sent to our Facebook Page via Messenger, including text and attachments.

Your data is stored securely using Google Workspace services. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

We use Facebook/Meta (Messenger platform) and Google (data storage). These services have their own privacy policies.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only with tour operators and service providers necessary to fulfill your booking.

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to departure.
• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus deposit.
• 30–60 days before departure: 50% refund of total tour cost.
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
• MyVivaTour reserves the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient participants or force majeure. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

3. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all passengers. MyVivaTour is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the tour. Passengers are responsible for obtaining adequate travel and health insurance.

4. Passports & Visas

Passengers are responsible for ensuring valid passports (minimum 6 months validity) and any required visas. MyVivaTour can assist with visa guidance but is not responsible for visa-related issues.

5. Itinerary Changes

MyVivaTour reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, local conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Alternative arrangements of equal or greater value will be provided where possible.

6. Liability

MyVivaTour acts as a travel organizer and uses third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport). We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by these suppliers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Health & Fitness

Some tour activities may require a reasonable level of fitness. Passengers must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
